Please use our online form to order your U.S.C.G. Auxiliary name tapes and devices.  

If, for some reason, you prefer to print a form, please fill it out and mail it with a check or money order. 

We run Auxiliary orders on Saturday.  Under normal circumstances if you send an order during the week it will leave here in the mail on Monday.
Please remember we are in OREGON, plan you order accordingly to allow for shipping.
